By using the services of ProGenX, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• ProGenX agrees to provide web development services as outlined in the agreed-upon proposal or statement of work (SOW).
• Any additional services requested by the Client will be subject to negotiation and a separate agreement.
• The project timeline will be outlined in the project proposal. Delays caused by the Client, third-party vendors, or unforeseen circumstances may impact the timeline, and ProGenX will not be held responsible for such delays.
• ProGenX requires a 100% non-refundable deposit before commencing work on the project.
• Progress payments will be invoiced at specified milestones or as outlined in the proposal.
• Final payment is due upon completion of the project, before the release of deliverables.

• The Client agrees to provide timely feedback, content, and necessary approvals to ensure the project progresses according to the agreed timeline.
• Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project.
• The Client is responsible for testing the website thoroughly and notifying ProGenX of any issues within a specified timeframe.
