By using the services of ProGenX, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
ProGenX agrees to provide web development services as outlined in the agreed-upon proposal or statement of work (SOW).
Any additional services requested by the Client will be subject to negotiation and a separate agreement.
The project timeline will be outlined in the project proposal. Delays caused by the Client, third-party vendors, or unforeseen circumstances may impact the timeline, and ProGenX will not be held responsible for such delays.
ProGenX requires a 100% non-refundable deposit before commencing work on the project.
Progress payments will be invoiced at specified milestones or as outlined in the proposal.
Final payment is due upon completion of the project, before the release of deliverables.

The Client agrees to provide timely feedback, content, and necessary approvals to ensure the project progresses according to the agreed timeline.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project.
The Client is responsible for testing the website thoroughly and notifying ProGenX of any issues within a specified timeframe.
